AMM retains ownership of all intellectual property rights developed by us as part of the project, such as website code and design elements.

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

AMM uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide services that meet industry standards. However, we make no guarantees about the results of our services. SEO and SEM results can vary depending on market competitiveness and search engine algorithms.

5. Term and Termination

The term of service begins upon your acceptance of the Service Agreement and continues until the project is completed or terminated by either party.
We may terminate the Service Agreement for cause, including non-payment, violation of these Terms, or providing inaccurate or misleading information.

6. Confidentiality

AMM will maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information you provide us during the course of our engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

AMM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AMM regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
